Love you ? Can I ? How to ?

I really no idea what to do.I can't force myself to love you.All I can remember is only "HURTS".I know,I should love you with God's love,but I just can't do it again.I fail to do so.Maybe I just nees to let go and let God...but do you know that's really hard for me?
